Beijing, March 14, 2024 – At the Beijing Language and Culture University, with the participation of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the People’s Republic of China, a signing ceremony was held for the opening of a branch of the Beijing Language and Culture University on the basis of the Astana International University.
It is planned that the Kazakh branch of the Chinese University will train specialists with knowledge of the Chinese language and culture, who are in demand for the development of the Kazakh-Chinese eternal comprehensive strategic partnership.
The branch will operate the HSK Center (Chinese language learning and testing center), which will satisfy the growing demand for testing and assessment of students studying Chinese. In addition, students will have the opportunity to study in two diploma programs.
Beijing Language and Culture University is a national university of China, administered by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China. The university is China’s leading educational institution in the field of humanities. Over its 60-year history, the university has trained about 300 thousand foreign students.
