Chinese Modernization Research Center

The Chinese Modernization Research Center (Kazakhstan) is an international expert and analytical platform operating under the China Studies Center (Kazakhstan). Established in 2023 in cooperation with the CICG Center for Europe and Asia (China Pictorial Publications), the Center aims to promote comprehensive research on Chinese modernization, contemporary reforms, public governance, and China’s long-term development strategies.

The Center conducts academic and applied research, prepares analytical publications, organizes international conferences, expert dialogues, roundtable discussions, and educational events, while fostering cooperation among research institutions, universities, think tanks, and policy experts from Kazakhstan, China, and other countries.

Particular attention is given to the theoretical foundations and practical implementation of Chinese modernization, public administration, sustainable development, innovation policy, digital transformation, global governance, and international cooperation.

The Center serves as a platform for professional dialogue and knowledge exchange, contributing to objective academic research, strengthening scholarly cooperation between Kazakhstan and China, and promoting mutual understanding and collaboration in the fields of research and humanities.
